Very often they ask me one and the same question: “How to force myself to go in for sports and eat right?” I will not separate the issues of nutrition and training in this article, and in general I will talk about how to motivate myself to a healthy lifestyle. I’ll note right away that everything that will be written here is exclusively my opinion based on my own experience, work experience and, in general, my subjective views.
