The psycho-emotional impeccability of a yoga is, first and foremost, the art in all circumstances to maintain optimal energy relationships with the outside world and with oneself.

The practitioner conducts a strategic inventory of his life. He makes a list of all the negative emotions that he experiences and in general everything that he does. And then he decides what should be changed from the above in order to give himself a break in the expenditure of energy.
Only those behavioral structures that are not essential for survival and well-being are subject to a strategic inventory.
In the strategic list, a sense of self-importance, self-pity and fear of death appear as the most energy-intensive factor, hence the efforts to eradicate them. Continue reading

By a scientific approach, we will mean examining yoga in the aspect of the sciences that study the work of the human body and psyche in the most detail, such as: physiology (studies the structure and functioning of the physical body), biomechanics (studies the possibilities of optimizing the functioning of the musculoskeletal system), psychology (studies device and patterns of functioning of the psyche). How to motivate yourself to a healthy lifestyle?

Wanting to change their appearance, many ask themselves the question: how to force yourself to play sports? The main mistakes in motivation and a detailed analysis of all the excuses from training in this article.

Very often they ask me one and the same question: “How to force myself to go in for sports and eat right?” I will not separate the issues of nutrition and training in this article, and in general I will talk about how to motivate myself to a healthy lifestyle. I’ll note right away that everything that will be written here is exclusively my opinion based on my own experience, work experience and, in general, my subjective views. It may well not coincide with yours or anyone else’s.

Honestly, today such questions seem strange to me, because there are only pluses from playing sports and eating healthy. But I remember myself very well when I was not yet connected with fitness and made many unsuccessful attempts to change my appearance.
