Self-massage of problem areas: how to overcome cellulite and an “apron” at the waist

Surely you know that cellulite provokes heredity, increased estrogen production and malnutrition. Anti-cellulite self-massage is an easy, fast and cheap way to get rid of the hated orange peel.

How to do it and how to make it effective, rather than just kneading the skin with your fingers?

The cellulite problem is typically female. It is not a disease, but refers to cosmetic skin defects. Orange peel is a consequence of thinner skin in women than in men, increased production of leptin by fat cells and a malfunction in the synthesis of hormones that regulate the activity of their receptors.

What is cellulite and why is it afraid of massage
The mild and initial stages of cellulite (or, oh, terrible words, gynoid lipodystrophy) usually go unnoticed. First, stagnation of tissue (interstitial) fluid occurs between fat cells. Then the stagnant process passes through the blood and lymph capillaries. Collagen fibers of adipose tissue thicken. The skin slightly swells and loses elasticity. After pressing, though for a short time, small dents remain on it.

self-massage and cellulite

Anxiety rises only when an orange peel appears on the hips, buttocks and / or stomach. It represents an uneven transformation of the accumulation of fat cells (lobules). Some of them are becoming larger than others. At the same time, degeneration of collagen skin fibers occurs. They form fibrotic nodules.

The anti-cellulite complex of measures includes a transition to a proper nutrition system, regular fitness classes, a contrast shower, daily self-massage and / or several special massage courses.

Massaging the problem area, for example, self-massage of the abdomen, will help to remove the orange peel, as:

capillary lymphatic and blood circulation will improve, swelling will go away, metabolism and the output of decay products will accelerate;

the process of formation and growth of fibrous tissue will stop, the launch will take place and the process of its disappearance will be supported;

the synthesis of elastin and collagen will increase, which will keep the skin in good shape, preventing it from sagging in the process of losing weight;

the upper layer of the skin will be cleaned of excess keratinized cells, the condition and work of the pores are normalized.

In addition, massage manipulations, including self-massage of legs and other parts of the body, will improve the general condition of the skin. New cells that nucleate in the lower (basal) level of the epidermis will rise faster into their layers.

self massage

Tip 1. PP-nutrition, physical education and self-massage do not all end with getting rid of the orange peel. Practice shows that in half of women this happens only with a regular 7-8 hour night sleep in darkness and silence and the use of 1.5 liters of pure water in the morning.

Do not expect miracles from anti-cellulite creams and serums. They are good only as a defect masking. Alas, it’s worth stopping using these products, and the orange peel, as before, will spoil the look. Therefore, to obtain a lasting result, discipline and labor are necessary.

Self-massage of the abdomen will help to remove a few extra centimeters from the waist and get rid of the fat apron. You can enhance the effectiveness of this procedure by adding a 5-minute self-massage of the back and side of the body to the complex with a roller massager.

The easiest massage way to fight cellulite on the hips and buttocks is self-massage of the legs and priests while taking a shower. You don’t have to rush. It is necessary to massage the entire area of the breeches not 1-2, but 7-8 minutes, well, and in addition to do self-massage of the back and abdomen:

Younger women with thicker skin are recommended to be massaged with brushes or mittens. You don’t have to be too zealous. Smooth tuberosity, breaking fibrous nodules and large fatty lobules, still does not work. You can only injure the skin, get micro-abrasions and irritation.

Remember to finish the shower with contrasting treatments. Orange peel is afraid of them. In the morning, make the final douche as cold as possible, and in the evening warm. After the shower, do not forget to do self-massage of the face, but make sure that the pH of cosmetic and hygiene products is 5.5. The same warning applies to massaging other parts of the body, including self-massage of the neck and decollete.

Tip 2. A nutritionist and gastroenterologist advises all women to exclude from their daily diet foods that “adore” cellulite. He is friends with him: potatoes, sweet fruits, packaged juices, sweet soda, pickles, smoked meats, canned food, and an excess of dried fruits. Enemies of the orange peel – bran, olive oil, small portions of nuts and seeds, lard (5 g, 1 time after a meal, every other day).
